How Can I Return/Exchange My Order?
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase within 30 days, you may return/exchange your item(s) in new/unused condition at no extra cost. All we ask is that you send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org briefly explaining your situation so that we can assist you as best as possible. You must do this before you send your items back to our warehouse. (Shipping prepaid by the customer)

Once your return is received and inspected by our customer care team, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 5-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
Once your exchange is received and inspected by our customer care team, we will send you the product of your choice at an equal or lesser value of your original purchase. If the item happens to be a lesser value, we will refund you for the difference.
Please note, products that have been used are not eligible for exchanges.
Do I have to pay for shipping of my return/exchange?
Since we offer free shipping on all of our orders, we ask that customers are responsible for returning their item(s) at their own expense. We recommend sending your return with a mainstream postal courier and obtaining a tracking number as it makes it easier for you to see your shipment's status. Please also indicate that the shipment is a return /exchange on the outside of the box to help the courier and our customer care team to process your request as smoothly and as quickly as possible.
If you experience a defect in materials or workmanship within 6 months of your purchase, we will be happy to send you a replacement at no additional cost.To inquire about a replacement, simply email us at email@example.com including a picture of the defect, along with your order number or name.
Eve Products Inc shall not be liable under this warranty policy if damages are a result of misuse or normal wear and tear of the product, or if there are any personal modifications made to the item.
